In outline view, colored words don't show up -- why not?
A while back I changed a setting under Tools/Options so I could more easily
use Word as a place to organize some javascript code in outline view. I didn't intentionally change anything having to do with color formatting of words. But now I see that any attempt to format any words a certain color does not show up in outline view, although it does in all the other views. What gives, and how can I get that ability back? |

In the Outlining toolbar, click the Show Formatting toggle (looks like A/A).
