Default Office 2000 Pro

I have a computer that has got a 30 day trial of Office 2003 on. As I didn't
like it much, I installed the copy of Office 2000 Pro that I have.
Would it be ok to remove Office 2003 from my computer as, every time I try
to open an Excel file, it opens in 2003 and it is starting to get annoying.

I hope someone can help.

You should have uninstalled it before loading 2000. Try doing it now and see
if 2000 works okay. (If it was my system, I'd uninstall both, then reinstall
2000.)
