Default Error on startup

When I start Word, I get an error that simply states, "cannot be found." It
doesn't tell me what cannot be found. I have disabled and deleted all
addins. The problem is that I have no idea what it is looking for. Starting
with /safe solves the problem.

I have tried everything in there with no change in behavior. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled. There are no addins, I have deleted all addin
references in the registry, and there are no macros running.

Nevermind, I found the problem. The link you sent me said to rename or
remove everything in the startup directory. I did not have any files in the
startup directory. However, I did have subdirectories. I moved the startup
directory to one that had nothing in it and it worked.

Thanks for your help.
