Default how to add correct description name when entering item # in quote

Helloi - I often have to write quotes using item numbers along with the
description of them. As these descriptions are often very long to type is
there a way that i could shorten that task up?

For instance when typing say .. xma32105G (item number in gold) how can i
then add the description to it without having to retype it every time?

Thank you kindly for support.

You can store each number and its description together as an AutoText
entry. See:

Using AutoText

Or Autocorrect - using the item number as a trigger?

That would work, too, of course.
