MS Word Email Attachment - images not visible!
I send out Invoices, with the company logo as either a MS Word .doc or .rtf.
Occasionally, a client will email me back and say that the Word attachment came thru fine, but that the company logo is just that image red - x icon -- ie the logo was not there. Why is that? Do they have some "setting" that is diff than other clients? If my OE HTML settings are set to "Send images with messages," shouldn't that ALWAYS make the logo appear? Jim |

For something like an invoice, I would suggest that you use a .pdf file.

THAT is the question.....and the answer that I await! :-P Jim "Doug Robbins" wrote: For something like an invoice, I would suggest that you use a .pdf file. -- Hope this helps.
