Sounds as if you have turned on formatting marks (nonprinting characters) -
the "full stop" indicates a space. Click the ΒΆ icon on the Standard toolbar to turn formatting marks off. If this does not help, select Tools Options View tab and make sure that both "Spaces" and "All" are deselected in the Formatting marks group. Click OK. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "joe ferguson" wrote: when I am typing a letter or any subject a full stop appears after each word, how can I get rid of this. |
