Single spacing set, but next text line spaces to bottom of page
I was sent a word document that is set for single spacing. When you type a
2nd line of text, that text appears at the bottom of the page. Each additional line appears between the top line and the last line typed, eventually pushing the lines together, but out of order. I've checked all of the setting I can think of. All settings, styles, etc. seem to be bok |

In Word 2002 or 2003, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab |
Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK. If you are prompted to save changes to your Normal.dot global template, say yes. In Word 2007, click on the Page Layout tab, click on the little arrow at the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group, click on the Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK. If you are prompted to save changes to your Normal.dotm global template, say yes. dlg1002 wrote: I was sent a word document that is set for single spacing.
