Default How can I format my responses in the MS Word template (*.dot)?

How can I format my responses in the MS Word template (*.dot)? Software
doesn't allow me to format my answers to the questions I am answering in the
word template document. Can someone help?

I think Namdeo is talking about a protected form, in which it is not
possible to apply font formatting to text entered in form fields.
