word 2k doc opens in "foreign language"on Win 7 computer
i have a document created in word 2k that opens fine in word 7 on a computer
using XP. on a computer using Win 7 it opens in what looks like a foreign language or boxers even if i copy the file to a usb and open it help |

Is the font in the document installed in the third computer?
You would get boxes if the original font used some non-standard coding, such as Symbol.
