Hi, can someone help me to stop word reformatting textboxes and diagrams when
I paste them from powerpoint into word? Most often it is the changing of tesxt size that changes. |

pasting from powerpoint into word
Hi
If you have Word 2003, when you paste, you should see a little picture of a clipboard to the bottom right of where you pasted. Click it and choose "Keep source formatting". If you don't see the little clipboard, do Tools Options. On the Edit tab, tick the Show Paste Options button. In any case, if you really want to maintain exactly what PowerPoint displayed, copy in PowerPoint in the usual way. Then, in Word, do Edit Paste Special and paste as a picture. Hope this helps.
