Do you mean that Shift+F5 does not go back to the previous editing point
anymore? If you have lost that shortcut, you can reassign it. Select Tools Customize and click the Keyboard button. Below Categories, select Edit. Below Commands, select GoBack. Assign the shortcut Shift+F5 (or another shortcut if you wish) to the selected command (for general help about assigning shortcuts, see the Word online help on €śAssign keyboard shortcut€ť). -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools €“ Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation €“ add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Michel" wrote: I bought a new keyboard from Logitech. An additional comment:
You may refer to the shortcut that executes the Edit Go To command and not the GoBack command I referred to in my previous post. Edit Go To brings up the Find and Replace dialog box with the Go To tab selected and by default, the shortcuts F5 and Ctrl+G are assigned to that command. To assign a shortcut to Edit Go To, you must still select Edit below Categories, but you must select the command EditGoTo (and not GoBack) in the Customize Keyboard dialog box. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools €“ Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation €“ add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Lene Fredborg" wrote: Do you mean that Shift+F5 does not go back to the previous editing point anymore? In addition to Lene's observations, has your keyboard double function keys?
If F5 is not providing the expected function it could mean that you need to switch functions - probably an F Lock key? -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Michel wrote: I bought a new keyboard from Logitech.
