Why is my insertion point at the very top of the page, instead lower as usual
in a new blank document? Why is it this way and how do I change it?

Answered elswhere - Please don't post the same issue more than once.
Understand that your message *will not* show up immediately... it may take
anywhere form several minutes to several *hours* before you actually see it
in the list.

Where is it answered elsewhere? I've looked through the entire forum and
this is the only reference I see. And I have the same question. I would
appreciate anyone's help.
