How to troubleshoot simplified Chinese text-to-speech
The English text-to-speech (TTS) works; the Simplified Chinese TTS does not.
When I click on Speak Text icon on the Language Bar, nothing happens. I have Windows XP, Word 2003, Proofing Tools 2003 (complete installation). Pl help. |
