Not directly. You'll have to take a screen shot of the entire Word window by
pressing Alt+PrintScreen. That copies a picture of it to the clipboard. Then
open a graphics program such as Windows Paint, paste the picture there, and
crop it to remove everything except the toolbars. Then print from Paint, or
copy the cropped picture and paste it into a Word document.

Starting at the beginning:

1. What you are describing requires a process called "screen capture." When
you produce a "screen shot," you can paste it into a Word document and then
print it.

2. You can capture a screen shot of the entire screen using PrintScreen or
of just the active window or dialog using Alt+PrintScreen. The image is
captured to the Windows Clipboard, and you can then paste it into Word or
(better in most cases) into a graphics editing program that will allow you
to edit the image and save it in a graphics format.

3. To capture parts of the screen (toolbars, menus, etc.), you need a
dedicated screen capture program such as SnagIt (www.techsmith.com).

4. You can, however, capture just button images using Tools | Customize.
Unless you are using the Office Clipboard to accumulate clips, it would be
rather tiresome to capture the button faces for an entire toolbar, but it
could be done. To copy a button image, open Tools | Customize, right-click
on the button you want to copy, and select Copy Button Image. This copies
the button face to the Clipboard. After you close the Customize window, you
can paste it into your document.
