Default REDLINE?

The FONT option is not in my FORMAT menu. How else might I invoke REDLINE,
or strikeover?

Or, how can I get the font option to appear in my format menu.

The one that appears says FONT 9 pt. And, it changes the highlighted text to
a 9 pt. font.

Thanks.
