Default How send a message in outlook at a later time automatically?

I need to send the same message to the same group each week at the same time.
Although I set up in Outlook where it said to Delay message the parameters
for so doing, the message is not in fact sent but resides in Draft. Is there
a way to accomplish what I wish to do? Thank you.

You should ask this question in an Outlook Newsgroup. This one is for Word.

Hope this helps.

Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my
