unable markup when startup
Hi ?B?RGVhc3k=?=,
How to unable markup when I open the document. everytime I open a document, the markup always enable. Have you made sure the checkbox in Tools/Options/Security "Make hidden markup visible when opening or saving" is disabled? But do note: if you don't want to see markup, perhaps you don't even want to be tracking changes? In this case, you need to make sure the feature is turned off (Tools/Track changes) when you're working in the document. And if it's on when you're working with new documents you need to open Normal.dot and turn it off for Normal.dot.
