How do I restore margins/page layout on Word 2003?
I had opened a Word document from an email attachment, and its margins were
wide (from 0 on the left to 8 on the right). My normal Word 2003 default is 0 to 6. Now every time I open a new document in Word it has the wide margins. How do I restore them? |

How do I restore margins/page layout on Word 2003?
Simply opening a document wouldn't change the default margins in Word. Maybe
the view has changed? Verify that documents are displaying in Print Layout view (look at the View menu). If you find that the actual margins has changed, change them in File | Page Setup and then click the Default button. If/when you are prompted to save your Normal template, choose to do so. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Dana H" Dana wrote in message ... Could be that Track Changes is on (or that White Space is hidden).
