Copying a file containing several (100+) hyperlinks to CD
I'm trying to copy a word file which contains about 150 hyperlinks to other
word files (some of which also contain more hyperlinks to even more word files) to a DVD for use as a stand alone copy. All of the files are currently on the same server. I realize that I can change all of the links manually so that they will refer to files on the DVD; however, I'm trying to avoid that since there are so many with more links as well. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks |

Hi John
ALT-F9 toggles between exposing the field codes and displaying the field results. If you do Alt-F9 you can use search and replace to change the links. When you're finished, do Alt-F9 again to display field results. And ctrl-a, F9 to update all fields. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
