Default Insert a link to a PDF File into a Word Document..urgent answer ne

I am in need of a possible answer and that is: Is it possible to insert a
Hyperlink to a PDF file in a word document, send that document to someone via
email and for them to be able to open the word document, and click on the
hyperlink that is pointing to the pdf file and it opens the reader via
MS-Reader or Adobe's....

Thanks for you help and is urgently appreciated.
