saving a word 2002 document
Whenever i open one of my word documents and i don't make a change to
it...then, I go File---Close...i get a dialog box that prompts me with the following statement "Do you want to save the changes to name of my doc?" WHY DO I GET PROMPTED WITH THIS WHEN I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANYTHING IN THE DOCUMENT? |

saving a word 2002 document
There are several things that change a document behind the scenes. Most
commonly -- - The document contains a { DATE } field - this updates to the current date each time you open the document. - You print the document. Thus updates the 'Last printed date' property.
