Abbyy finereader MS Word to Outlook
I scanned a prospect list with Abbyy Finereader Pro into MS Word. The table
and fonts are not exactly perfect. Is there a way to mark the fields in Word and export/automate them to fill in the contact fields in MS Outlook? |

No OCR software is perfect, though Finereader is one of the best.
Once you have corrected your table so that the data in the columns match, you can either convert to comma delimited text http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm or you can copy to Excel. Either can then be imported into Outlook. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Sonny wrote: I scanned a prospect list with Abbyy Finereader Pro into MS Word.
