You visit the manufacturer's web site for support... this is not related to
Microsoft Word Documents.

As Tom says, this isn't really a Word question, but there is a keyboard
shortcut that will do this. I believe it is something like
Ctrl+Alt+Up/DownArrow. One of those shortcuts turns it upside-down, and the
other rights it. This doesn't work with all displays--only with certain
drivers that have this provision for rotation.

Default Laptop screen

The screen rotation is a function of the display driver, right click the
desktop and check the properties of the graphics driver. (properties
settings advanced display driver) You should there be able to locate the
function key combination that rotates the screen and also switch off this
function.
