Merge the datasource to labels, such as address labels # 5260.
When merged, don't put the labels in to be printed on, just print on paper. "davidorlinda" wrote: I would like to print the entire data source as a list. I cannot figure out how to do this. Any suggestions? |

Use a catalog (or in Word XP and later it is called a Directory) type
mailmerge main document in which you have a single row table, into the cells of which you insert the merge fields. When you execute that merge to a new document, you will get a table containing a row of data for each record in the datasource. -- Hope this helps.
