Why is it that Quick Styles do not save! I changed the Normal Quick Style
to font Verdana, size 9 and to single spacing. It works for a while but
eventually reverts back to the normal template's spacing size. What is
going on?

I'm using Word 2007 beta.

What steps are you following to save Normal and which set of quick styles are you using from the 'Change Styles' list?

Are you choosing the (o) New documents based on this template choice when you are in the Modify Style dialog?

How do you normally open documents (File=Open or double click in Windows Explorer, or ???)
