Spell Check using Change All option
I am using Office 2000 on an XP platform
When I use the spell checker I can do single corrections no problem. However when I click on change all it doesn't change subsequent identical errors. What is wrong? Is there a setting? I've looked but no luck! Many thanks Ian |

Hi Ian
Try search and replace. Find the problem text and replace with the correct text, choosing the Replace All option. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
