Default Create a drop-down list of autotest entries

I want to create another drop-down list of headings (similar to "Salutation",
"Closing", etc.) in autotext so that I can enter autotext entries into these
headings that I designate. An alternate possiblity is to add additional
headings to the present list of headings in Autotext.

Create a new paragraph style that has the name you want for your new AutoText
category. The formatting of the style doesn't matter; all you need is the
name. Apply that style to the text in the document, select the text, and
press Alt+F3 to create the AutoText entry. When the menu displays, your new
category will be there, with the new AutoText entry listed within it.

See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...n/AutoText.htm and
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...toTextList.htm for more info.
