Default Font Size

Why is the font size different printed than when viewed? My font size is set
at 12 however when the document is printed the fonts are smaller.

Does your document contain markup (tracked changes or comments)? If so, it's
reduced to allow margin space for the "balloons."

Is it just the fonts that are smaller? Or is whole page scaled down? If so
make sure Word and your printer both think the paper is the same size and
that no scaling is set anywhere in either.
