create a column on the left side of each page for explanation
I would like to create a hidden column on the left side of each page for
explanation of what is written on the words document. This column can only be show on the PC. When printed out, all this explanation on this column will not display on the printout. |

You could use a borderless textbox (or a frame if you are a more advanced user)containing text set to "Hidden". |
