Double numbering
Hi!
Is it possible in Word 2003 to make double numeration of pages? I need to number continuously and within the sections. Contimuous numbering shoould be in headers, section numbering (also in 1, 2, 3, etc.) - in footers. Thanks. |

Double numbering
The way to do this is format the page numbering to restart from 1 at the
beginning of each section, which will give you what you want in the footers. Then to get the numbering in the headers, you are going to have to insert a bookmark at the end of each section and use a formula field construction to add the page number in the section to the number returned by inserting a cross reference to the page number of the bookmark. -- Hope this helps.
