Default How do I display the contents of a word document as a graphic?

I want to insert "pictures" of existing word documents (about 75% of full
size) in another word document. Can anyone help?

Hi Simon

You have (at least) three options:

1. Use the Print Screen button to capture the whole screen, or Alt-Print
Screen to capture just the active Window. Then paste.

2. Use a professional screen capture utility which is like the Print Screen
button on steroids and lets you capture the cursor, do time delays and edit
or annotate the screen shot. I use SnagIt and love it.

3. Select the text in your Word document. Then, do Edit Paste Special and
paste as a picture.

Choose the method that suits your needs the best.

Hope this helps.
