this has been an absolute waste of time
I phoned the UK support center because there is no 24hour service in
North America, but after 20 minutes, I was informed that the UK phone service is not able to help customers in the US....wonderful....thanks microsoft. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
