Updating TOC and printing in Word 2007
In a Word 2007 TOC, my Level 2 Entries have to be italicized and thus the
page numbers appear in italics. Word 2003 allowed me manually to unitalicize the page numbers and print. This problem existed to a degree in versions prior to Word 2003, was corrected in Word 2003, and now its back in Word 2007 but worse. If I set the €śupdate fields before printing€ť it wont print the document at all without updating the fields. If I dont set it, it updates anyway and reverts the single-digit page numbers to italics. Using Cont F11 to prevent Word 2007 from updating the fields before printing isnt a solution because I need to update the page numbers in hundreds of documents on a regular basis. |
