Anyone else have problems with tables showing all data in xp vs 2.
I have a table built in Word 2003 and edited by someone else in XP version.
The person with XP can see the changes made, and print them, but anyone with 2003 cannot. It does show in Read mode, but in no other views, nor will it print the changes in 2003. Has anyone seen this before? |

Hi ?B?THlubkM=?=,
I have a table built in Word 2003 and edited by someone else in XP version. The person with XP can see the changes made, and print them, but anyone with 2003 cannot. It does show in Read mode, but in no other views, nor will it print the changes in 2003. By "changes", you're referring to Track Changes? Or just what the other user has done in the document, working normally? What kinds of changes were made (insertion, deletion, formatting, comments)? Have you tried the "Reviewing Pane" (opens at the bottom of the screen)? And both with balloons activated, and deactivated? You've checked in Tools/Options/Track Changes to make sure the settings are set to display (not set to "none" or "never")? Is there any text in this document outside the table? Do changes show up in that text?
