How can DOC files be saved as WordPerfect files using 2003 Office?
"Leon" wrote Some of the recipients of my DOC files, prefer to work in WordPerfect. My recent upgrade to Office 2003 does not readily allow saving files in WordPerfect. How can I add this option? Are there no WordPerfect options in the "Save as type" dropdown box? There are in Office XP. You might want to try running Office Setup then choose "Microsoft Office" "Office Shared Features" "Converters and Filters" "Text converters". Pick the ones you want. If all else fails, you could save the files in "rich text format" (RTF). WordPerfect surely ought to be able to open those. -- Bob http://www.kanyak.com |
