prefix [Q , the Arabic number format and the suffix ]) using Format
Bullets and Numbering. Give the format a LISTNUM field name.

The use Insert Field to get your first LISTNUM entered, selecting the
format by name in the list.

Finally you will probably want to select that field and make it an
AutoText
entry so you can enter it quickly in the document.

If you prefer to use a SEQ field, you can use it to get the number and set
up an AutoText with the prefix, field and suffix for quick entry.
