Merge to Outlook changes font of entire document
When you execute the merge, in the Format drop down, select Attachment so
that your Word document is sent as an attachment. If format is really important, use the Add-in that is on the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website to create a .pdf file for each recipient http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm and then use the method in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm to send the email message with the individual .pdf documents attached -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP, originally posted via msnews.microsoft.com "Lynn L" wrote in message ... When I merge to outlook, the entire e-mail I send is bold and underlined. It is not that way in the Word doc. How do I change this? |
