Default How do I make forms that allows free response across multiple line

I trying to make a progress note for a psychology clinic that allows the
therapists to write about sessions with their clients across multiple lines
in a table grid format within a form. Whenever I try to do it I get stuck in
the cell of the line and can't word wrap to the next line.

Word doesn't work this way. Make the table cell large enough for several
lines of text (or leave the height automatic so it will expand as needed).
