I want to print the box cover for a DVD. Size is a full regular page long but
less in width. I want no margins in landscape on right/left. Can this be done?

Word is a dreadful program for producing DVD covers. Publisher is better and
Surething CD Labeller better still.
Word can only print to the edge of the page if the printer driver will allow
it to and that is determined by the printer so the answer will in most cases
be no.

That's not a problem with CD covers, since you have to trim them out of a
larger sheet anyway.
