Can I alphabetize a list with multiple-line entries?
Example: Jones, Jonny 5 Adam Way Other columns along this way
Second, 3rd and 4th lines: City, State, Zip This question applies to both Word and Excel. |

Can I alphabetize a list with multiple-line entries?
You can provided each address block is a single paragraph, which means that
each line before the last must end in a line break rather than a paragraph break. It can be relatively simple to create these conditions using Find and Replace. -- Suzanne S.
