how do we format a numerical mail merge field
I am trying to format a number in a mail merge document. The number appears in my excell database as a 2 decimal place figure (have tried formatting as text and general) and upon merging the document shows many e.g 2.99 appears in the document as 2.8999999999 Thanks in anticipation Amie |
