Default Word tracking changes to bullets & numbering. How turn off?

When I makes changes to any bullets or numbering, the font color of the
bullet or number changes to blue and I get a message on the side of the page
(as you would see with Track Changes) that says "Formatted: Bullets and
Numbering."

How do I turn this off?

You'll just have to turn off Track Changes to stop it.
Go to Tools Track Changes (or press Ctrl+Shift+E).
You can also use the Reviewing toolbar and click the tracking button.
