Even though you may be using Word as an email editor, this problem really isn't related to Word -- it's a bad configuration in the email program you're using (which is... ???). It doesn't help that you also got the acronym scrambled; it's "LDAP" which stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, a method for communication between mail programs and address books (http://www.gracion.com/server/whatldap.html). If you're using Outlook for email, redo its configuration according to the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287563. If that doesn't help, post your question in an Outlook newsgroup (or whatever newsgroup is devoted to your other email program). -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
