Default Address labels out of Outlook contacts

I'm using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003.

When I try to create address labels in word with my outlook contacts as
source, I find "generation" insted of "company", while connecting the new
label file with outlook contacts. The resulte is useless labels without
company name.....

What do I need to do to sort this out?

Regards,
Gerd
