how do i insert more than one row
If you select more than one row before using Insert Rows, you will get the
number of rows selected. After inserting one or more row,s you can use F4 to repeat; if you have more rows inserted when you F4, you'll get even more rows inserted. Alternatively, you can place the insertion point just below the table and use Table | Insert Table, selecting the desired number of columns and rows. The added table will actually be part of the existing one, but the columns will be uniform, so if you have adjusted column widths in your table, you won't find this satisfactory. -- Suzanne S.
