Print list, one item per page
If you already have the list of names in a Word document and you just want to
make it one page per name, you can use the search and replace function to replace the paragraph mark with a paragraph mark and page break. If you have a "database" with the names, then you can accomplish this through the "merge" function in the way you set up your merge page. You would insert the merge item and then enter a page break. When you merge, this should create your list the way you want. "David" wrote: I would like to print a list of name, with only one name per page. Does anyone know if this can be done? |

This would be a form letter mail merge. Whatever you put on the page will be
repeated for each record in your name data file. - See http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org David wrote: I would like to print a list of name, with only one name per page.
