Try printing an envelope on a plain sheet of paper to see where it prints.
Then adjust the envelope feed setting in Envelope Options accordingly.

Insert a full sheet of Letter/A4 paper in the printer and print an
"envelope" to see where the envelope printing is falling. Then adjust the
feed method for your envelopes accordingly (Printing Options tab of Envelope
Options).

Default Word is printing first envelope correctly followed by a blank enve

I've been using envelopeextras for years to print our business envelopes. I
use a document with all the needed addresses and select the one needed. The
problem is that I suddenly have 2 envelopes fed for a single address. The
first envelope has the correct address while the second is blank.

The problem is NOT the envelopeextra file as I have tried printing without
and have the same results. It is not a printer setup problem as I can print
envelopes from another computer on the network and it works fine. I have also
tried deleting the Normal.Dot file and letting Word rebuild. That was no help.

All other printing is normal. Using Word XP. The printer is a HP5Si with
envelope feeder. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I too have the problem that envelopes do not print in Word but do in Corel.
Haven't done anything and have printed the document the address was contained
in but still the envelope doesn't print. Have adjusted all the preferences
and still get bubkus.'

Default Word is printing blank envelopes

Hi,
I am having the same issue. I am using Word 2003 with a laserjet HP4050
with an envelope feeder. I have tried just the regular PCL driver and PCL 6
driver. I have tried to print it on a regular 8.5 x 11 and did not get
anything. I am however able to print a regular word document. It is just
with the envelope. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

See if there's a driver update at http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/
Check the paragraph style formatting of envelope address and envelope return
paragraph styles for eg hidden text attributes and make sure the font colour
is black and not auto.
