Default find file

In 2003, how do i find a file by searching only for a word that i know is in
the text - and how do i limit the subdirectories to search in.

You will find it much simpler to do this using Windows Explorer, but from
the File Open dialog, select Tools Search, then click the arrow next to
Selected Locations to select those locations.
