Default The robot's reaction to actions

Good afternoon everyone. Robots can do almost everything now, our team is working to ensure that it can react to actions. There is no necessary hardware and software for this. How to achieve such an effect?

Simple cameras will not be able to get what you want. Only event based cameras are ideal here, it is able to record any changes in space and focus on this. Binding a neural network will help the robot, based on data from such a camera, react as you need.
