Default how do I make a letter on letterhead that I can e-mail as a messa.

How can I create a letter on letterhead or stationary that will appear on
e-mail as a message, without having to send it as an attachment?

And even if it was, you have absolutely no control over the way recipients
view their e-mail messages. Many people, myself included, have their mail
